LaShae Baskin, RID is MOREgroup’s Executive President. She leads strategic growth efforts with the goal of building a network of people, expertise, and services that make an impact of excellence on communities across the nation. MOREgroup serves over 700 employees in 22 offices within the United States. The platform unifies services, expertise, and innovation from brands within the architecture, design, and engineering fields.

LaShae is charged with welcoming new brands into MOREgroup’s platform, aligning best practices in all aspects of operations, and building relationships that lead to a unified purpose and culture. She is uniquely qualified to serve in this role, not only bringing two decades of experience in architectural practice and management, but also inspiring a passion for people through her work.

One of LaShae’s biggest passions is identifying the unique talents of others and unifying those talents to achieve the impossible. Previously as Office Director, she spearheaded a training program to develop high quality, relevant content for the betterment of individuals and teams within the firm. She also conceptualized new philosophies and methods around information sharing that reinforced MOREgroup’s core values of Collective Wisdom and communication. LaShae’s ability to strategically align people, resources, and ideas for a more collaborative and effective result allowed these initiatives to succeed.
