Under Nick’s leadership, MOREgroup’s family of brands employ a centralized approach to scheduling and resourcing. Nick has a holistic view of all projects, teams and opportunities and serves our brands and teams through strategy in resource allocation, utilization, leveling and forecasting. He is focused on developing and implementing best practices for project delivery, resource management and mentorship.
